Almost

 Another stupid dream I had....it must have been the effect of the summer heat ....

Almost

As I look up the sky
I close my eyes tight
And bask in the stars so bright
There must be something special tonight

Leaning to a lone tree
Hearing the soft rustling of leaves
Feeling the feathery tap of the breeze
Like a warm breath whispered to my ears

"What are you thinking?"
I hear a masculine voice say
I open my eyes in its way
And look unto eyes that are so penetrating

I can give him no reply
But stare back at him in disbelief
This seems so surreal
But my heart's beat I can't deny

My mind's whirling in a pool of bliss
My knees begin to wobble
And my body begins to tremble
I have been waiting for this

As I pucker my lips to receive his kiss
He taps me on my face
"Hey! Hey! Hey!" says he
Suddenly a stinging slap lands on my face

In surprise I gasp
"What the hell are you doing?"
"hihihihihihihihihhihi!!" I hear him laughing
With his head thrown back

"Wake up! There's a booger in your nose!"
For a moment, it makes me pause
And I open my eyes so confuse
Dammit! It's just my mischievous nephew!
